Those who rest in Santa Clara Cemetery | Santa Clara Mortuary have found their place in history. Established in the 19th century, it is the oldest Archdiocesan Cemetery. Santa Clara is steeped in history, but also equipped for the best modern memorials. Santa Clara Mortuary, built in Mission style, seats 160. Visitation rooms have flat-screen video monitors for memorial tributes. Join us for special Masses and prayer events during the year.

We are thrilled to announce that the Archdiocese of Los Angeles will be celebrating Día de Los Muertos 2023 at three Catholic cemetery locations. The first celebration took place in 2014 at Calvary Cemetery and Mortuary in East Los Angeles, and since then, Santa Clara Cemetery and Mortuary joined in 2016, making these unique cultural celebrations even more popular. This year, we are excited to welcome San Fernando Mission Cemetery and Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary to the festivities. If you would like more information about event schedules and opportunities to participate, please click the button below.
Catholic Cemeteries are happy to announce a return to in-person Masses, Prayer Services, and Community Events. Livestreams of our services are also available here and on our Cemetery & Mortuary Facebook pages.
